The New York Million Dollar List is the American reality television series on Bravo that airs on March 7, 2012. This is a spin-off of the Los Angeles Million Dollar Event List << this has been nominated for two Emmy awards.
The seventh season will premiere on June 12, 2018.

The series follows three real estate agents, Fredrik Eklund, Ryan Serhant, and Steve Gold, as they represent property sellers in five areas of New York City.

Production
In April 2010, the World of Wonder began searching for real estate agents in New York City for a spin-off Million Dollar spinoff. The official debut date of the series was announced on January 27, 2012, with Michael Lorber (son of Howard Lorber), Ryan Serhant and Fredrik Eklund as players. Eklund left CORE Group, another brokerage company, for Prudential Douglas Elliman to be included in the series. Ryan Serhant added to the last player, replacing the other potential cast members. The first season averaged 1.04 million total viewers.
Andy Cohen announced on Watch What Happens: Live that the series has been updated for the second season. Bravo is officially updating the series for the second season which debuted on May 8, 2013, with new member Luis D. Ortiz. Michael Lorber chose not to return because the series did not improve his business. He also stated that most of the scenes in the series were made for cameras.
The New York Million Dollar List is updated for the third season on August 1, 2013. Season 3 airs on 2 April 2014, with second season players back. The final three seasons of the event are the highest-rated episodes of the season with 1.3 million total viewers.
In 2014, the event was nominated for an Emmy award in the Unstructured Reality Program category. On July 14, 2014, The New York Million Dollar List was updated for the fourth season, which aired on April 15, 2015. That same year, the event was nominated for another Emmy award in the same category. The fifth season of the series premiered on 21 April 2016. In July 2016, Ortiz announced his departure from the show. On October 27, 2016, the show was updated for the sixth season. In April 2018, the show was updated for the seventh season.
