History

Sensitive was founded in November 2013 by Omer Enbar and Ran Roth.

This idea originated around 2004 when Omer Enbar had built a personal control system to enable its air conditioning by email before cycling home from work. This system connects the IR blaster to the laptop that sends a signal to the AC whenever it sends an email with the title "AC on" or "AC off".

During 2013, Omer Enbar and Ran Roth manually build and deploy multiple prototypes to friends and family. They then went on to find the company.

The campaign video was later chosen by Indiegogo as the funniest pitch video of 2014. The video, made by Tross Media and starring Michael Harpaz, has often been compared to Dollar Shave Club and TV series House of Cards.
