The following table contains historical rates per week of the various Argentinean currencies , which are expressed in units of the Argentine currency per US dollar. The exchange rate at the end of each month is stated in:
- From January 1914 to December 1969: peso moneda nacional
- From January 1970 to May 1983: peso ley
- From June 1983 to May 1985: peso argentino
- From June 1985 to December 1991: australes
- From January 1992: peso
The value of one peso today is 10,000,000,000,000 (trillion) pesos moneda nacional (m $ n), the currency used from 1881 to 1969. It is also the same, in May 2018, 100 trillion 1914 pesos with US dollars as a reference - average annual depreciation relative to the dollar of 27% (ie an annual increase of the dollar value of 36%).
